ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS:
- Get the Packet from the Office. It will have the Sign-Off Sheet, worksheets, and instructions on how to access Formed.org.
- Make an account on Formed.org if you have not already.
- Click on the Underlined Links below to watch the linked videos. One video is only for the Parent; the others are for the Parent AND Student. For the third video, watch ALL SEVEN PARTS of the "You are Loved" series; they are short. Parents will watch a total of ten videos, the student will watch nine.
- Review the attached packet materials with the student and complete the worksheets.
- Return the completed Sign-Off Sheet to receive credit.
