ENGLISH INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Get the Packet from the Office.  It will have the Sign-Off Sheet, worksheets, and instructions on how to access Formed.org.
2. Make an account on Formed.org if you have not already.
3. Click on the Underlined Links below to watch the linked videos.  One video is only for the Parent; the others are for the Parent AND Student.  For the third video, watch ALL SEVEN PARTS of the "You are Loved" series; they are short.  Parents will watch a total of ten videos, the student will watch nine.
4. Review the attached packet materials with the student and complete the worksheets.
5. Return the completed Sign-Off Sheet to receive credit.

1. Obtenga el paquete de la oficina.  Contendrá la hoja de aprobación, tarea, y instrucciones sobre cómo acceder a Formed.org.
2. Cree una cuenta en Formed.org si aún no lo ha hecho.
3. Haga clic en los enlaces subrayados a continuación para ver los videos vinculados.  Un video es solo para padres; los demás son para padres Y estudiantes.  Para el tercer video, mira las SIETE PARTES de la serie "Eres Amas"; son cortas.  Los padres verán un total de diez videos, el estudiante verá nueve.
